Office Bearers

Provides leadership, runs meetings, making sure everyone contributes, and summarises actions. Makes sure the actions are carried out. Is the public face of the committee to the rest of the choir and elsewhere.

Organises meetings, sending out agendas and papers on time; writes a summary of meetings and follows up any actions; liaises with the web master to keep content up to date.

Makes sure financial information is presented on time and in a way everyone can understand. Handles all financial transactions.

Makes sure members pay subscriptions; welcomes new members. Monitors attendance records.

Manages and coordinates the public image of the choir including press coverage, liaising with other bodies, and marketing of events.
